Risk Factors Australia was engaged by JLL on behalf of the co-owners of 2 Park Street, Sydney to complete a review of the safe work systems of the aluminium composite paneling (ACP) remediation project.

The works consisted of high-risk elements, including mast climber installation and use, swing stage installation, crane management, traffic and pedestrian management, scaffolding, and rope access. The project included the removal and replacement of ACP across the 41-story tower while maintaining operation and access for all building tenants and visitors and was successfully completed in 2023.
