Risk Factors Australia has been engaged to partner with a not-for-profit organisation operating in the mental health space to deliver a range of psychosocial risk management solutions. The work included a gap analysis of existing psychosocial processes and procedures against the current legislation and facilitation of a Psychosocial Risk Assessment program, bespoke to the client. 

The outcome of the Psychosocial Risk Assessment program is an intervention proposal which provides a range of solutions designed to eliminate, where possible, or to effectively manage their psychosocial risks.  Risk Factors Australia has developed a suite of psychosocial services, including development of procedures, training for staff and leaders and one-on-one and team coaching to align with the psychosocial risk factors impacting the client.
