Mahony Group engaged Risk Factors Australia in 2021 to develop a health and safety management system for their company to align to ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety System Standards.

The project took approximately 3 months to deliver and included a number of consultation meetings including a warehouse review and safety task workshop with employees. The finalised system now provides the client with a structures health and safety system to effectively guide their business through the management, implementation and review of health and safety procedures and processes.

The second part of this process included Risk Factors Australia facilitating discussions with the client to review, redevelop and refine Safe Work Method Statements, Safe Work Instructions and Risk Assessments for their business.
