Risk Factors Australia has been engaged by ISPT to provide WHS assurance over the safe delivery of the facade works at 477 Pitt Street, Sydney. The 31-storey office tower is located in the heart of Sydney CBD on the corner of Pitt and Barlow Streets in Hay Market.

The entire tower will be re-clad to address existing safety concerns. Works include high risk elements such as tower crane installation, scaffold erection, mast climber installation and use, EWP usage, crane management and overhead works risk in and around an operational asset. RFA will work in with the project manager Eastview to review and assess the Principal Contractors WHS Management System implementation and compliance across the project.
