RFA was engaged to assist an International Airline to review systems and processes associated with the importation of plants and animals into Australia following a lack of reporting to the Authority.  This project commenced in 2023 and required a detailed gap analysis to be conducted of the Airline’s business processes including planning, plane loading, manifest checks and confirmations, etc.  The project is ongoing and being undertaken in order to meet the minimum requirements of the Australian Biosecurity Act 2015.
