Risk Factors Australia has been engaged by multiple property owners to provide safety assurance throughout the duration of the Aluminium Composite Panelling Remediation Works across multiple assets nationally.

Scope included tender assessment, SWMS workshop and risk assessment review on methodology, contractor pre-qualification, onsite monitoring and weekly site inspections. Multiple Principal Contractors engaged across varying assets working within operational buildings, managing the risk of falls from heights, noise, access, public safety and plant and equipment safety. Risk Factors Australian involvement has expanded to over 40 assets nationally in varying jurisdictions.
